Let’s play with art at MuSA: Space Geometry! Guided visit for children and families, meeting with the artist Nathalie Alony and following lab “The Octangula Star”

On Sunday, April 9 at 4:30 pm, the new extraordinary opening of the MuSA with the guided tour inside the museum of the future, where the real mingles with the virtual and where you can  discover that art has the taste of fun.

The guided tour will bring participants to discover the museum of the future through its history and its technologies: it will be possible to attend virtual tours in the marble quarries and along the streets of Pietrasanta. After the guided tour, it will be presented the artist Nathalie Alony, an Israeli sculptor. Eccentric artist diplomated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara, but also artistic director with experiences in different locations in the world. Among the features that distinguish her, there is, undoubtedly, the art of miniaturization of the objects and the careful attention of every small detail. Among many projects, is remembered “Home Sweet Home” .

After, the children will be the protagonists, with the help of their parents, of a creative lab in the yellow room. Nathalie will guide children and adults (key teamwork) in creating a three-dimensional star, “THE STAR OCTANGULA”, to be hung as artwork in their own bedroom.

For the  event,  the emotional movie The Marble Voice,  will be screened in the MuSA hall, and thanks to the technology, the sounds effects, the repertoire and contemporary images, the movie, shows in a suggestive and fascinating way, the Versilia of the quarries and the working of the marble , The “Marina”, Pietrasanta as a city of art and Versilia a city of great writers and intellectuals.

Remember that for the lab, given the limited number of places available, reservation is required. The cost per child is € 6.00. The activity is for 5 years olds  and up and for their parents.
