Recovery procedures: a possible alternative to credit recovery
The Consumers’ People organize a meeting with MuSA to analyze new, negotiated and non-instrumental tools aimed at the composition of the business crisis and the over-indebtedness crisis, which, by favoring the consolidation, can represent for creditors in general and the Banking system in particular, a valid alternative to the recovery of judicial claims.
