“Tiziano Terzani, una vita sopra le righe”
At the MuSA the event evening dedicated to the great writer and journalist Tiziano Terzani, with the screening of an unpublished interview, coming out ten years after his death, will trace through the memories of his wife and partner of life, Angela Staude Terzani, thoughts and reflections.
A kind of “distance dialogue” full of emotions, laughter and stage shots …
A unique document that collects items of private life into a two-story narrative, among dating, marriage, the special relationship with the two children and a life always with the suitcase ready to go from one continent to the other.
Tiziano’s professional life, the places he loved most, amusing and unedited anecdotes, his principles, his greatest values, the bitterness and the awareness of the great contradictions of life and wars.
His thoughts on the death penalty, on sharia, on the use of the burqa in Afghanistan.
Hoping that one day there may be a dialogue between civilizations rather than a conflict.
His love relationship with the mountain, with the silence, with the loneliness.
His relationship with religions and faith. His approach to India with the approach of death.
A long, exciting story, with thousands of news items that today seem almost predictive of what would happen in the years to come, to this day … The documentary was made after the events of September 11, 2001 and the release of his book “Letters from the War”.
