She was one of the first women to enrol at the Istituto d'Arte Stagio Stagi in Pietrasanta in 1962. Later she attended the Accademia di Belle Arti in Carrara, where she was also a student of Ugo Guidi, and then the Accademia of Florence. She taught Moulding at the Istituto d'Arte in Pietrasanta (1978-1992) and then at the Istituto d'Arte in Pisa and at the Liceo Artistico in Carrara. She was also  Maestra dell'Accademia Internazionale Il Marzocco in Florence.

From the start of the 1990s she took part in various collective exhibitions such as: "Arte Fiera" 1991, Verona; "Artexpo" 1992, New York; "Art Buyers" 1992, Dallas and Atlanta; "Incontri" 1992, Piazzola sul Brenta, Padova.
In Versilia, where she produced her work at the Fonderie Fondiarte and Bronzarte, she was a pupil of Franco Miozzo for clay modelling, of Lido Bovecchi in the marble laboratory and of the painter Catarsini from Viareggio for figure drawing.

In the Apuan-Versilia area she took part in a number of events such as: a solo and collective exhibition (with Carlo Leali), L. Russo Cultural Centre, Pietrasanta 1993; "Marguttiana" 1993, Forte dei Marmi; "San Biagio" 1994, L. Russo Cultural Centre, Pietrasanta; "Arte Sacra" 1995, 2nd  ed., Pieve di S. Giovanni e S. Felicita, Valdicastello, Pietrasanta; "Salviamo il Duomo" 2002, 2004, Pietrasanta.
